The decorations have been assembled and excitement is building for the annual celebration on Saturday October 28 to raise money for CanAssist.
This year has an extra kick, as the ball marks the start of a week long celebration for Griffith Central’s 10th anniversary.
Griffith Central’s Manager Cheryl Wood says everything is looking great and is running head to head with last year’s event.
“We have already sold 180 tickets, so we are on par with last year which is great,” Cheryl said.
”It’s certainty extremely worthwhile to be involved with something that helps out such a worthy cause.”
CanAssist President Olga Forner is wrapped with the amazing help Griffith Central has given once again this year, and is looking forward to letting her hair down.
“Raising money for a good cause is always rewarding, but when we see so much sadness and heartache, its just so great to come and let you hair done and have a great time,” Olga said.
She says the night promises to leave no one disappointed.
