Yenda will be heading into the game slightly short staffed according to coach Michael Mogliotti with five or six players missing this crucial clash.
Mogliotti said if his side gets players back they should be in a good position to push late into the season.
“As long as we get hands back on deck we should be able to make a good push,” he said.
“It’s just about getting players back on the park.”
The coach knows they will have to be on the look out for a Yanco-Wamoon side who have picked up two wins in the last four weeks one of which includes a tight win over West Wyalong last weekend.
“Going off their last game they have hit a bit of form,” he said.
“It’s time for everyone to make their push into the top five positions.”

Mogliotti knows his side will have to be on the front foot to deal with the experience the Hawks possess in their forwards.
“It will be a game with a lot of focus up the middle,” he said.
“They have a lot of experience in the form Nick Puntoriero he will be the dangerman.
“It will be about getting the numbers into the tackle and wrap up the ball.”
A win will have double meaning for the Hawks.
If they can pick up the two points against the Blueheelers it will effectively equal a four-point victory thanks to their bye round next weekend.
Last weekend Yanco-Wamoon showed grit and determination to defeat the West Wyalong Mallee Men and that same attitude will be required on Sunday.
The Blueheelers have been one of the big improvers of the second round of the competition.
“Their half back, who has a wealth of experience, has really been steering them around well on the field,” Puntoriero said.
“We’ll need to shut him down.”
The Hawks main focus against the Blueheelers will be to have a strong defensive set up.
“Defence wins games … if you don’t let them in they aren’t going to score and that means you’re not having to score as much either,” Puntoriero said.
“We’re going to need to defend really well and that’s something we’ve been working on.”
The game kicks off at Wade Park at around 3pm.
