Tiuru Phillip 73 net second, 85 off the stick, carding a birdie on the ninth.
Chick Graham, 72 net, won B Grade, shooting 88 with four pars, ahead of Matt Rumings 73 net, blowing his chance with a 48 stroke back nine
Dick Thompson, 68 net, days best score won C Grade, 95 off the stick, ahead of John Ellis, 72 net, shooting 92 with five pars.

Rob Trembath, 37 points, won the 0-18 Grade, draining a birdie on the 6th, ahead of Wayne Bottcher, 36 points, carding seven pars.
John Evans best in the 19-36 Grade with six pars on a countback over Rod McNabb, 35 points, with a four point par on the third.
Alf Franchi won the 7th pin, Andrew Romagnolo 11th, and vouchers went to 32 points.

THE Annual Cystic Fibrosis Charity Day will be held on Sunday, May 21.
The event is a 4 Person Ambrose with a 10am. shotgun start and the $30 entry covers golf and an all-day barbecue and all the usual events.
Mid week golfers are advised due to the Ladies City Open being held on Wednesday, May 17, the men’s competition had been brought forward to Tuesday, May 16.
Today’s event is a single stableford, Saturday a single Versus Par another stableford on Sunday and the final round of the Caltex match play to be played.

John Gale, 37 points, won 0-18 Grade ahead of Tony McBride, 35 points.
Allan King, 38 points, won 19-36 Grade from, Don Catanzariti, 36 points on a countback over Denis Moran, 36 points.
Graeme Gifford won the 11th. pin, Ian Smith 15th. Martin Sweeney 16th.

THURSDAY’S event is a single stableford. Another two grade single stableford last Wednesday. James Lethlean fired one under par 70 with birdies on the 8th, 10th, 15th, and 16th, to won 0-18 Grade on 37 points, ahead of Brian Savage 35 points.
Cec Spence, 43 points, won 19-36 Grade, four point par on the 12th, ahead of Graeme Bamford, 38 points.
Well done, seven three pointers. Vouchers to 31 points.
