The two 15-year-old boys were charged at Lake Cargelligo following a series of incidents that occurred on Monday and Tuesday.
One has been charged with 14 offences, including failing to pay for fuel at Wyalong, taking and driving a vehicle from Wagga, and stealing a motor vehicle and other items from Leeton.
The other boy has been charged with nine offences, including being carried in an alleged stolen vehicle from Wagga and the thefts that occurred in Leeton.
The vehicle taken from Wagga was located dumped in Leeton.
Police have been told the juveniles pushed the stolen motor vehicle from Leeton into the Lachlan River at Murrin Bridge.
The vehicle is still to be recovered.
Police are continuing to investigate if there are any links between these males and other offences which have occurred in the Griffith Local Area Command over the past several weeks.
