It took 11 rounds and nine games, but Yoogali FC have finally tasted victory in the Griffith District Football Association first grade competition.
They came up against a red-hot Griffith City side and things were evenly poised in the early goings.

In the second half, YFC’s Tuimasi Manuca showed why he can be such a deadly weapon up front.
On the back of his blistering pace, YFC scored four second-half goals as they ran away 5-3 winners.
Manuca had himself a day as he grabbed four of his own.
Playing in his first game for the season, Uraia Loki grabbed one goal of his own.
With the victory, YFC sit just two points behind City as the club tries to work its way out of last place.
