The first match was a 200m benchrest, where competitors shot the smallest possible group of five shots from a bench using rests for their rifles.
Alf showed his class to shoot the tightest group after putting five shots into a 1.5cm circle.
He was followed closely by Darren Bradley (1.78cm) and Warren Brown (1.90cm).
Not to be outdone, Brandon won the fly shoot, which required competitors to shoot at a larger target at 500m.
He scored 176 points to beat his father, who managed 170. Robert Dal Bon was third with 151.
