The Magpies already have two after drawing the bye in round one and have two of their next three games at home, starting with Leeton on Sunday.
Crosby said it was a formula for a fast start.
“It’s a realistic target to win two out of our next three. It should be nothing less, really,” he said.
“It was tough missing out last week, so we had an extra training session and stuck with a bit of fitness work.
“It was good, actually. We’ve had a couple of unlucky injuries from pre-season, but apart from that it's a pretty strong first team we get to pick from."
Opponents Leeton were humbled 56-4 by West Wyalong last week, but Crosby isn’t expecting an easy clash.
“It’s hard in Group 20. If you look at results too much, it just ends up affecting your game,” he said.
"All we can do is worry about our game and not worry about what they did last week.”
