Hanwood batted first and made 102 thanks largely to the efforts of Jack Rowston.
Coming in at No.3, Rowston hit 49 to easily top score for Hanwood and boost his side to a competitive total.
Blake Argus was Coro's best bowler and finished with 4-12, while Andrew McIntyre snared 2-5.
In reply, Coro made an excellent start through openers Dean Bennett and Angus Kennedy.
The duo put on 35 before Bennett’s dismissal sparked a mini-collapse.
Coro were soon reduced to 6-58 and never recovered.
Zach Pisan (3-17) was Coro’s main wicket taker.
