Set 81 for the win, the Panthers had little trouble overhauling the total after solid contributions from their top order.
Earlier in the day, Andrew Madden (3-19) caused the Spitfires batsmen plenty of problems with a damaging spell of bowling.
First drop Todd Argus (20) was the top scorer for Spitfires.
