The second grade side batted first and made a competitive 9-124 before taking regular wickets to restrict Exies to 86.
Coleambally captain Nathan Jones said his team deserved the win.
“The boys played really well," he said.
“A few of them hadn’t won a final before, so they were pretty happy to get one.”
Jacob Breed can take much of the credit for the victory after starring with the willow. Batting at No.3, Breed came in early and played the anchor role to score 39.
Jones (18) also had an impact at the batting crease before Exies captain Marc Tucker ran through the Coleambally lower order to finish with 4-33.
In reply, Exies struggled to build scoring momentum.
None of the top six caused the Coleambally bowlers much trouble, with tailender Duane Ashcroft (26) the only Exies batsman to threaten.
Jones (3-22), Josh Wakeham (2-10), Josh Shaw (2-21), Tom Fuller (2-16) and Simon Mackie (1-13) shared the wickets for Coleambally.
Jones said it was a terrific all-round performance from his side.
“We were pretty happy with the total we got,” he said.
"The ball was doing a fair bit early on, just popping up and stuff, so it wasn't real easy batting.
“When we bowled we took wickets pretty regularly, which made it hard for them (Exies).
“I thought we fielded really well as well. I don’t think we dropped any catches, so we weren’t giving them second chances.”
Tucker said Exies put themselves under pressure with a poor bowling performance.
“We gave away something like 30 extras,” he said.
“You take that away and they only end up with about 90.
“But I thought Coly batted and bowled really well.
"They also fielded good. They took some really good catches, whereas we dropped four or five.
“You can’t win games of cricket when you drop that many.”
