Yenda won the toss and sent Diggers into bat on a rain-affected pitch and reaped the rewards almost immediately through Brett Hazelman.
Hazleman picked up 3-16, while fellow opener Matthew Staines (0-6) tied down the other end to put Diggers in a position they were never able to recover from.
Diggers captain Scott Smith (37) toiled hard all day before being the last wicket to fall, as Dean Cunial (3-7) cleaned up the tail.
With 82 runs on the board, Diggers were given a chance of clawing their way back into the game when James Harrison removed Yenda captain Shaun Stubbs (1) with the score on seven.
But after the early hiccup, the Jets went on to record a dominant victory following a brilliant 41 not out from Mark O’Connor. Andrew Potter (23) supplied good support as the Jets chased down the runs in 23.3 overs.
