The quiet neighbourhood of Griffith's Hopbush Crescent was left shaken after two people were shot on Tuesday night.
Emergency services were called to the Murrumbidgee Estate home just before 9pm where they found a man and a woman with wounds on their legs.
The 23-year-old man and a 16-year-old female were injured after allegedly being shot at, with both being taken to Griffith Base Hospital.
Police established a crime scene and commenced investigations, which on Wednesday culminated in a 14-year-old boy and the 20-year-old man attending Griffith police station and being placed into custody.
The man was charged with two counts of discharge firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and discharging a firearm in a public place.
Meanwhile, the boy was charged with being an accessory after the fact to all three offences.
Both were refused bail and will face Griffith Local Court and Griffith Children's Court on Thursday.
