GRIFFITH'S business community toasted the winners of this year's business chamber awards on the weekend.

The Griffith Business Chamber Excellence in Business Awards were a huge success.

Big winners on the night included Australian Grain Link, which took out Business of the Year, and the late Ron Potter, who was inducted into the hall of fame.

Other winners included John Power from Great Southern Electrical and Melissa Barton from b.art.on photos who both took out Young Entrepreneur awards, Griffith Post School Options Inc, which won the Excellence in Business Ethics award, Owen Toyota, which won the Excellence in Workplace Health and Safety award and De Bortoli Wines Pty Ltd, which won the Excellence in Sustainability award.

Other winners included: Excellence in Innovation Drive Thru Pharmacy, Excellence in Export Casella Family Brands, Employer of Choice Owen Toyota, Business Leader (Aged 36+) Roy Spagnolo, Excellence in Business (Less than 20 employees) Griffith Real Estate, Excellence in Business (More than 20 employees) Australian Grain Link.
