INSPIRED by their late father and well-known local doctor, the boys from Belvedere Restaurant had extra incentive to get behind last month's Movember fundraiser.
Bubby Khan and his brother, Zak, said their main aim was to get other men thinking about their health as a tribute to their dad.
"We always do Movember, but not on any big scale or anything," Bubby said.
"There were four of us here at the Belvedere and a mate who took part.
"Our father was a doctor here in town and always taught us the importance of giving back.
"He was an inspiration to us. He was the whole reason we started doing it a few years ago. I suppose this is our tribute to him.
"For us Movember isn't so much about the money, although we always chip in $50 each, it's more about making men aware of how important their health is."
The team from Belvedere raised $250 during Movember and had the support of Italian Beer company Birra Moretti, who put together special posters for the cause.
