The Panthers will be heading into the clash without Logan and Reece Matheson along with Ben Rowston but will be hoping their depth has what it takes in the 50-over clash.
The thing working in their favour is the fact the Valeri brothers, Theo and Tom, will be missing as they serve their second week of their two-match suspension, meaning the side will be without two of their key run scorers.
Diggers are blessed with a strong batting line-up which could welcome the likes of Mick Duncan to try and fill the void left.

In the last meeting between the two sides, it was a 103-run victory for the Diggers, which was later taken off them for fielding ineligible players.
With the wet weather since Christmas, both sides will be hoping that this weekend will be the start of a consistent run of games leading into finals.
