Hay's Fergus Cattanach was selected in the Riverina Country Colts side alongside Griffith's Hayden Forner, Noah Gaske and Ben Signor.
It was a tough carnival for the Riverina side as they took on the best from around Country NSW.
In the opening 50-over game, which was reduced due to wet weather, it was a 69-run defeat against ACT Southern District with Forner (0), Signor (6) and Gaske (5) failing to trouble the scorers while Cattanach finished unbeaten on eight.
The Twenty20s were also tough with a seven-wicket defeat to Central Coast, with Gaske picking up a wicket while Forner (14) made a start with the bat before Gaske (1/29) and Forner (11) were able to make an impact in their seven-run against North Coastal.
Forner (25) and Signor (16) were able to make a start against Western as they set 220 off 43.5 overs, but Western was able to chase that down with three wickets with 2.2 overs in hand.
The Riverina side didn't go home empty-handed, however as they ended the week-long carnival with a three-wicket win over Central Northern.
Gaske (2/12) picked up a couple of wickets to help restrict Central Northern to 83 before Cattanach (21*) helped get Riverina over the line.
At the conclusion of the carnival, Forner was selected in the under 17s ACT/Country NSW Lions side.
Meanwhile, Cooper Rand and Ben Fattore flew the flag for Murrumbidgee in the Bradman Cup side.
