Commonwealth Bank is committed to driving positive change within the communities in which it serves to make a difference locally and for all Australians.
As part of this, the bank has again pledged to donate a further $400,000 nationally, to recognise those organisations that make a difference to the communities in which they operate.
Each Commonwealth Bank branch and customer-facing team has been allocated $500 to donate to causes important to their local community.
Commonwealth Bank's Griffith branch team voted to support the great work of Headspace Griffith.
"More than ever, communities across Australia are feeling the effects of lockdowns and other pandemic-related impacts, so this is one small way we can champion those local organisations who continue to do good work within our community," a Commonwealth Bank spokesperson said.

"We are pleased to support Headspace Griffith," Michelle Cullen, Commonwealth Bank Griffith Branch Manager said.
"In particular, the work they are doing to provide programs and a safe space for our communities' youth, so it's great to be able to support them in this great work."
Clinical Lead at Headspace Griffith Dylan Oliver said it was 'really exciting' to work in partnership with Commonwealth Bank and be the recipient of the generous donation.
"These funds will enable us to update our space to make sure that it is more youth friendly, and young people feel even more comfortable when they visit Headspace," Mr Oliver said.
Just recently, Headspace Griffith opened a 'safe space' for the youth of the community to hang out.
