While Don Jayasuriya and Viswa Ravi made a strong start at the top of the order as they made 26, however when Jayasuriya (10) fell to the bowling of Mark Brown (1/15), the runs started to dry up.
Danny Dossiter (3/9) and Meli Ranitu (3/8) ripped through the Eagles middle order before Jimmy Patel (12) and Bradyn Challis (11) added some late runs before Maxx Goirigolzarri (3/16) claimed the remaining wickets as the Eagles were bowled out for 66.
While Ryan Bock (1/15) picked up the wicket of Mark Favell (8) and Harsh Patel (1/10) took a sharp caught and bowled chance to dismiss Damien Browning, Anurag Dhot (21*) and Ranitu (22*) guided Diggers to an eight-wicket victory.
Meanwhile, out at Graham McCann Oval, Coro was able to take a 19-run win over Leagues.
While Vilish Patel (1/18) claimed the early wicket of Jack Hutchinson (6), Matt Signor and Jake Rand were able to guide the Cougars out of danger.
Signor (44) and Rand (21) put on 46 runs for the second wicket before both fell to Gurjot Singh (2/17) while contributions from Jamie Bennett (11), Rob Rand (22*), Bohdy Martyn (11) and Justin Moat (11) help Coro reach 7/158.

Deep Patel (18), Teao Woetai (12) and Vilish Patel (35) were strong at the top of the order, but the bowling of Andrew McIntyre (5/18) kept the pressure on.
A late wag of the tail from Gurjot Singh (34) and Oscar Nolan (7) wasn't enough for the Panthers as they were bowled out in the 36th over.
In the final game, Coleambally came away with a five-wicket win over Hanwood.
Shaun Iddles (4/13) did the damage for the Nomads with the ball, with only Inam Ullah (10) and Chris Barbagallo (12) making starts for Hanwood as they were bowled out for 79.
While Shannon Caughey (3/10) picked up quick wickets, Jack Kidd (11), Nathan Hodgson (13) and Rohan Lacey (22) got the Nomads over the line.
