IF WE HAVE TO STOP COWS FARTING, DO WE HAVE TO TOO?
Regarding climate change concerns and the reasonings being resurrected numerous times over as to why it aught be addressed by human intervention reinforced by persuasive theories. For many years the delegations have been wanting a "meatless" society by claiming their diet is more favourable for human consumption.

Therefore it's not at all surprising that they have jumped onto the climate change bandwagon. Those who are hellbent on wanting to destroy the "meat industry" to meet their own demands may need to reconsider their "verdict".
Firstly they have been claiming that it is the daily emissions from these particular animals that are released into the atmosphere that is the cause of climate change and therefore such must be brought to a halt.
However what they conveniently overlook is that humanity worldwide also do the same including the "vegan" and climate change "crusaders".
Therefore along with the destruction of the "meat industry", the "decided culprit", do we also eradicate every human being on the face of the earth to rectify this considered "sinful natural bodily function ongoing behavioural pattern" just to appease these "causes".
The greater sin is to be hoodwinking our children who are being made to feel scared for their future - "needlessly".
Time to reintroduce Dorothea MacKellar's poem into the school curriculum that teaches our children about their nation's climate as it "always has been".
Let's add to this a little scripture that it is their creator who is the "one" who controls "the climate" this way - not ourselves. After all He did create everything for a purpose. One thing is fundamental nothing of God's is accidental.

STRIKE IS TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE
On Tuesday December 7, NSW Teachers Federation has voted unanimously in favour of a 24 hour strike.
For teachers like myself, it is too little too late.
The conditions of employment within schools have already made many teachers, like myself, leave the profession.
Even though personally I don't think highly of the NSW Teachers Federation, I would encourage anybody who is impacted by this strike to support the cause being fought for.

GRIFFITH NEEDS 12 COUNCILLORS
In reference to the last Griffith City Council election, I was told to vote for six councillors when there were many people standing for election. I said 'excuse me, there are 12 positions on council that we should be voting for not six'. So, let us not get it wrong this time.
Griffith City Council at the next council election in December, we still need 12 councillors, Griffith is a city where there is so much a councillor has to do. Committee meetings, listening to people's complaints.
How many can remember when Griffith was a country town, we had our four ridings and each riding had three councillors each working for their ridings, but also together.
And as for the money we are now a city, there's more rates money coming from all the new housing developments.
Water is the lifeblood of our community, Griffith City Council has a role to play in regards to the failed Murray-Darling Basin Plan, the Basin Region Councils of the Murray-Darling Association have a committee working together, the are able to put submissions in when required. With huge amounts of water being sold out of the MIA and our future is threatened at the next drought.
Let us not forget when Basin communities rallied in Canberra in December 2019 in the middle of the Basin drought, people from all walks of life were protesting about the low allocation of water only one Griffith councillor attended this rally.
This is not really appropriate we have 12 councillors, this needs to be reconsidered when the next drought is upon us. We are a sunburnt country of drought and flooding rain.
