With the Scramble competition cancelled this year, local Volkswagon Agency agreed to still hold the event, attracting a field of 136 players in the modified format.
Places decided by decimal points, Jason Brain, Luke and Adam McCann, Robert Taylor took the win on 57.375 nett from Luke DeValentin, Marcus Blanch, Mitch Howard, Ryan Minato 57.625 nett on a countback over Peter Jones, Liam Blanch, Jim Shannon, Greg Collins 57.624 nett.

Rain, hail or shine, you cannot stop golfers with 64 turning out on a wet day on Saturday to contest a single stableford.
Anthony Ross 38 points won A Grade, nailing back to back birdies on the 6th and 7th, to shoot one under par 35 out for 23 points. Dean Minato 35 points second, carding eight pars on a countback over Tony McBride.
Top scores in the lower grades, Jason Dunn 40 points taking out B Grade, a birdie on the 15th on a countback over Gary Hartnett 40 points, eight pars.
Simon Miller 40 points won C Grade on a countback over Terry Greedy 40 points, a birdie on the second.
Anthony Ross won the 4th pin, Bryce Robilliard 7th, Sim Tuitivake 8th, Bill Evans 11th, Dean Minato 16th, Shannon Windle 15th.
The Griffith Riding for Disabled Golf Day will be held this coming Friday November 26. The event is a Three Person Ambrose. Entry includes all-day BBQ raffle etc. Contact the Pro Shop on 69623742 or Chris Tomlinson.

The Rich River trip saw a reduced field of 25 players contest last Thursdays Veterans single stableford in two grades.
Barry Stapleton 37 points won Div.1 on a countback over Mick Catanzariti 37 points.
