"No matter how elections go, what we've focused on not just in this seat, but across the state, is delivering on our election promises," NSW Upper House parliamentarian Wes Fang said.

Mr Fang said there were staff in both the Premier's and Deputy Premier's offices which were working on keeping track of the promises made, and when they'd be delivered.

Among the promises made by then Member for Murray Austin Evans ahead of the 2019 state election included the new community centre building, the sealing of Boorga and Dickie Roads, plus funding commitments as part of the Stronger Country Communities fund.

"We've done it without fear or favour and we're very proud of that because we know Griffith is a very part of this region."

Mr Fang was in Griffith to officially open the new Community Centre building, the Community Gardens stage and an amenities block at Jubilee Oval.

"Those three projects were all delivered because the state government has honoured commitments we have made," he said.

"A lot of the election commitments we have made are in delivery now, but some will extend potentially past the next election date."

Mr Fang said the base hospital's redevelopment was an example of delivery, even if it's only estimated to be complete in 2025.

Other projects include the Murrumbidgee Regional High's building upgrades, a citrus research facility and a TAFE shared services centre which was later moved to Tamworth.

"We found in a lot of the these communities where we have a lot of projects happening the limiting factor, particularly during COVID has been workforce and materials," Mr Fang said.

"We have a workforce that needs to complete some projects before they can start others,"

"We have delivered projects we committed to, and we'll continue to deliver the projects we've committed to."
