The first 7 finishers in race 9 of the long course ran PB's. John Farronato (27 minutes 20 seconds) was 1st, followed by Chris Morshead (27 minutes 55 seconds) then James Morshead, Eliza Starr, Harry Morshead, Steven Burke and Jeremy Woodhouse.

The final points scores in the long course: - James Morshead 217 points, Harry Morshead 216 and Jeremy Woodhouse 210.

Credit to all three, James had a whopping 1 minute 15 seconds added to his handicap, Harry and Jeremy both had 30 seconds added to their handicaps.

The Stewards inquiry into the Morshead's success heard evidence that they had been spotted secretly training mid-week on Ted Scobie Oval. The Morshead's integrity was upheld. Hamish Gunn a strong contender for the trophy displayed a most impressive limbering-up routine prior to his run.

An entourage turned up to run with Woodhouse. Aidan Fattore had just finished his run when the entourage arrived, he decided to join them and go around again.

It was reported that he ran backwards up Torpedo Ally with encouraging words "come on Jeremy", sadly it was not enough.

The short course resulted in Cooper Savage (15 minutes 23 seconds) 1st and with 276 points, 2nd in the competition.

Lynsey Pasin (18 minutes 49 seconds) was 2nd, her final point score of 310 points placed her 1st in the competition. Katherine Zahra (22 minutes 28 seconds) was 3^rd.

Congratulations to the Feral's who completed a virtual City2Surf. David Heffer, Ron Anson, John Johns, Elizabeth Barker, Janet Mazzarolo, Michelle Quade, Rachelle Reynolds and Lachlan Date.

Franks Service Centre 26 weeks awards this week went to Brendon Sinclair and last week Paul Muir.

Next week's Shanks Pony Cup (SPC) will be our first club run in some time. To comply with Government regulations Feral's will need to show proof of double vaccination and do a QR entry.
