The Group 20 board were meant to meet last week but had to reschedule and are now meeting to Thursday October 21, where a decision around how it will be conducted is set to be decided.
As for the big award to be handed out, the Ray Thorpe Medal it looks likely to go the way of Leeton Greens coach Hayden Philp.
The lock forward was instrumental in his side second place finish at the end of the regular season and would have been crucial if they were able to take part in the finals series.

It would be the second time in succession that Philp has picked up the award after taking it out in his first season at Leeton in 2019.
Oleni Ngungutau from the Black and Whites is another in with a chance.
