On Monday, counsel assisting ICAC Scott Robertson gave his opening address, which revealed that Gladys Berejiklian was questioned about any suspicions she had about Mr Maguire's conduct.
A NSW Office of Sport director, Michael Toohey, appeared as a witness and told ICAC that then Sports Minister Stuart Ayers and Ms Berejiklian as then Treasurer put on pressure to get an 'extremely unusual' major grant approved for Wagga.
Ms Berejiklian has denied the allegations, saying that she acted with integrity at all times.
