She continued her terrific record of qualifying for the Australian Age Swimming Championship, having competed in 2019 and qualified for the 2020 event, but unfortunately didn't get to compete due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
Having set the goal of wanting to take home a gold in the 100m butterfly in the S15 division, Nicole blew that out of the water.
She picked up gold medals in the 100m butterfly and 100m freestyle, a silver in 50m and a bronze in 100m breaststroke, along with top-six finishes in the 50m breaststroke, 50m backstroke, 200m freestyle, 200m Individual Medley, 50m freestyle and 100m backstroke.
Along the way, Nicole has also broken three NSW State records for 100m butterfly and the 50m butterfly in the 14 years and open.
The talented swimmer also broke the Australian 50m fly in the S15 14 years division with a time of 32.12 at the National Age Multiclass Championship on the Gold Coast and set another Australian record in the 200m breaststroke with a time of 3:22.46 at the NSW Multliclass Championship in October 2020.

Across the 2020-21 season, Nicole broke 18 records season including NSW Multiclass State Long and Short course races.
As for goals into the future, Nicole is to keep swimming and have fun and is aiming to represent the Griffith Swimming Club at the Australian Deaf Games in 2022 which will be held in Newcastle.
