The awards are presented by Business NSW, at an online ceremony with over 150 prominent business leaders from across the state.
Flavourtech received the coveted 'Business of the Year', but also went home with the 'Excellence in Export' award and a highly commended in the 'Employer of Choice' category.
Leon Skaliotis is the general manager of Flavourtech. He said that the award was a team effort, recognising the difficulty of the last two years.
"It was a fantastic honour to receive these awards tonight. It allows the whole Flavourtech family to celebrate as it shows them that their efforts over the last 18 months, during what were very challenging conditions, have been recognised," Mr Skaliotis said.
"The win is a culmination of the resilience, effort and faith shown by the entire Flavourtech team."

Regarding the Excellence in Export award, Mr Skaliotis noted that after a notable drop last year as economies struggled to respond to the pandemic, Flavourtech had bounced back remarkably.
"Last year things were really quiet, but we bounced back this year and winning the award really just validates that we have bounced back and that the sacrifices were worth it," he explained.
"We're keeping the factory full until June next year, we've got orders from countries - China, Russia, Brazil, Spain, Scotland, Japan and the US."
Regional manager for Business NSW Anthony McFarlane said that the award night showcased the strength and resilience of all businesses through the last year.
"The past 18 months have been incredibly challenging as businesses have been impacted not only by COVID restrictions and border closures but also supply chain constraints and strong competition for talented staff," Mr McFarlane said.
"These awards are a wonderful opportunity to showcase the ingenuity, dynamism and resilience of Murray Riverina businesses. The future is bright!"
