The young boy, from Bomaderry on the NSW south coast, has already developed a strong passion for all things biodiversity and wildlife conservation - and is even a 'Wildlife Warrior' himself.
Louie's mother Rachael Tagg said his wildlife obsession developed after watching "any show with animals in it", including every episode of 'Crikey! It's the Irwins'.
"He picked up on his love of wildlife really early," she said.
"He saw someone like Robert Irwin and saw someone not that much older than him was into wildlife and was also really good at teaching people about it.
"Once he started to retain information and put it into context we realised he's actually got a proper interest in this."
It was at a wildlife education show during the Tagg's family trip to the Australia Zoo that piqued Louie's interest in becoming a Wildlife Warrior.
"Louie was beside himself, we spent three days at the zoo so he didn't miss a single creature," said Rachael.
"At the start of the wildlife show, they had a promotional video.
"The video said 'are you between four and 17?' and Louie said 'yes!' Then it said 'are you passionate about wildlife?' and Louie said 'yes' again."
From there, Louie asked his mother if he could join the Visionary Wildlife Warriors team which educates young people on how to actively engage in conservation missions in their local areas.
"We've been picking up rubbish at the beach and taking it home and chucking it away," said young Louie.
"And we take the soft plastics to the supermarket so they can make it into bags so they can reuse it.
Since becoming a Wildlife Warrior, Louie has also raised over $2000 for the Australia Zoo with the funds going towards their wildlife hospital and other conservation projects.
Louie said his favourite animal is the saltwater crocodile - and said he isn't scared of them, either.
