The 618 hectare site at 375 McRaes Road has development approval to build up to 100 sheds, and could be valued at more than $100 million once developed.
The land has been listed for sale with CBRE Agribusiness.
Development approval from Carrathool Shire Council has been granted, and would see the site broken into six allotments, with five for the poultry farms and supporting infrastructure and a sixth allotment for residential use.
The property is currently owned by the Muscat family and is just off the Mid-Western Highway, around 64 kilometres from Griffith.
CBRE's Phil Schell, Angus Bills and Boo Harvey are managing the sale campaign on behalf of Muscat Development Pty Ltd..
"The demand for chicken meat in Australia continues to rise, and this development is perfectly-placed to take advantage of the ongoing and projected growth of the market," Mr Schell said.
"The plans for this expansive, well-located site are impressive, and represent a key opportunity to construct and operate one of the largest broiler farms in a key hub for the poultry industry.

"We're expecting significant interest from existing participants looking to grow their operation, and developers looking to progress the plans and lease the resultant facilities to major industry players."
The property includes dual frontage to the Wah Wah Channel and includes 1645 water delivery entitlements.
The completed development would see five farms including machinery, storage and composting sheds, a dam and water storage tanks, pump house, accommodation and office space.
The sheds would be 160 metres long each, with advanced ventilation and computerised controls to manage temperature and humidity.
Expressions of interest in the property are due by October 28.
