The vaccination drive is walk in only through the Emergency entrance of the hospital between 1pm and 4pm and will not require attendees to bring their Medicare card or ID.
Transport to and from the hospital is also available free of charge, courtesy of the Aboriginal Medical Service (AMS).
Aboriginal health worker Candy Kilby said the aim of the drive was to make COVID-19 vaccinations as accessible as possible.
"The rates of vaccination among our mob is quite low, especially here in Griffith so we want to be proactive in getting the message out there that the more of us that are vaccinated the safer we are going to be, the safer our families are going to be, the safer all of our mob will be," Mrs Kilby said.
"We just want to eliminate any barriers and make it as easy as possible to access vaccination."

Aboriginal health worker Ronald Bamblett said that it was important to remember that everyone was different and that it was important to make a decision about getting vaccinated in consultation with your doctor, especially if you have underlying health conditions.
"Our biggest message is to consult with you doctor if you have underlying health conditions, do a follow up check and get their advice because that's where the professionals are," Mr Bamblett said.
"The vaccine is safer than the side effects or the ongoing health implications of catching COVID-19."
According to Mrs Kilby, the vaccination drive is the first of what they hope will be many in the Griffith community in the coming weeks and months.
"This is our first one so we will have to see how we go, however in conjunction with the AMS, I am sure we will continue to host further vaccination drives," Mrs Kilby said.
"We want to acknowledge the AMS for offering to transport those people in the community who don't have transport and want to come up and get vaccinated."
