Rosie Harriman, Practice Manager at Your Health Griffith said that the Super Saturday event ran very smoothly, with four general practitioners and two nurses administering first shot Pfizer doses.
"99% of those vaccinated were from the 16-39 year age group, the latest eligibility criteria to open up, and all of them were genuinely relieved and excited to get the jab," Mrs Harriman said.
"You just have to look at the statistics surrounding those in intensive care and the hospital to see that vaccination works.
It's not rocket science."
The federal vaccination hub is located at Your Health Griffith and has administered approximately 7000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine since the pandemic began.
Its allocation of Pfizer has also recently increased from 720 to 900, meaning that more community members and those in high priority access groups will now have better access to the vaccine.
"The GP network has administered more than double the vaccine doses that NSW Health has, you just can't underestimate the power of General Practice," Mrs Harriman said.

However with the increase in allocation, so too does the pressure on local doctors and nurses to find the time to do the extra clinics.
"I ask that the public be kind and be patient as the goal posts change daily and even hourly and my admin staff must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Commonwealth," Mrs Harriman said.
"At the end of the day, we are all doing our best to protect our community."
After all of those who attended on the day receive their second Pfizer dose in three weeks time, Mrs Harriman said she looked forward to running future Super Saturday events.
"We will be doing more Super Saturdays so keep an eye out on our social media and on the Hot Doc app and website for available appointment times."
All future Pfizer vaccination drives will be advertised on the Your Health Griffith Facebook page and the community is encouraged to keep an eye out as spots will fill fast, with 400 spots from Super Saturday filling up within an hour and a half.
The vaccination hub is not a walk in clinic and requires bookings for COVID-19 vaccinations.
These can be made at HotDoc online or by calling 6962 7661.
