However, we continue to assist the community in whatever area it may be required.
We have also made representation to Multicultural NSW regarding the confusion of essential workers who have to travel to farms picking fruit in the same car, we hope it shed light on the situation in a positive way. The thing is this:
- Not everyone in Griffith or country NSW owns a car or has a licence.
- There is no opportunity to hop on a bus or train because no public transport services are available.
- Distances between farms are far, too far for walking and most road are unpaved.
- Thankfully we live in an area where we have been spared thus far of any COVID infection and the vaccine rate is high.
Leaders and those that have a command of the air-ways, are relied upon by the communities, to portray clear and factual communication and to also portray a message of hope. These days it is unclear what exactly is the clear message and so it is up to the individual to be aware, research and be as informed as possible.
This will help balance the information we hear on a daily basis. For the most part everyone has a choice, but it should always be based on sound advice and facts.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Of course, not everything is "doom and gloom". There is always a reason for hope. For example, the world has produced more energy from 'clean sources' such as solar, wind, hydro, and nuclear.
The technology used for the vaccines can be further developed for the good of humanity in a variety of areas. It is the skill of people that make the difference, wherever they may work and live.
Current information tells us that billions of vaccines have been administered worldwide to halt the damage continually being done by COVID-19.
During these times of uncertainty, it is important to do our best to keep anxiety and mental health in a positive and healthy state. Nutritious meals, exercise, communicating with your family and friends on any level, all help alleviate anxiety and negative vibes.
A kind or nice word can help a person more than you think - everything heals in its own time.
