All finals were set to be played at Conolly Rugby Complex this year, starting with week one on Saturday.
Southern Inland President Warwick Grant expects to give clubs options for what could lie ahead later this week.
"We have to talk about our options but it is two weeks before the next game can happen," Grant said.
"We will measure up all our options and put it out the clubs.
"Whether we move the whole thing back a week will depend on the availability of grounds as other codes may have things booked."
While the seven-day lockdown is set to expire at midnight on Saturday, playing finals on Sunday is not currently being considered.

Unbeaten Wagga City are set to tackle Waratahs for a place in the grand final.
The winner will earn hosting rights for the grand final while Tumut and Griffith will battle it out in the elimination final.
Pushing back the finals series is the preferred option.
However Grant did not rule out making further changes to their finals structure.
"We could make changes to the finals series and shorten it by a week if we only get locked down for a week," he said.
"We really have to see how it looks like it is developing.
"It would be nice to get into the finals series in one format or the other."
