There are now 45 active cases in the region.
Riverina residents are eyeing developments in the nearby territory, with the NSW government indicating Canberra's positive cases had contributed to the decision to lockdown regional local government areas.
On Sunday, NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said the number of people who have moved from the ACT to southern parts of NSW after the ACT announced COVID restrictions was a real concern.

Yesterday, the ACT government extended its lockdown by two week after 19 cases of COVID were recorded.
Federal parliament was due to sit on Monday.
Earlier today Victoria's Department of Health revealed 24 new cases of locally-acquired COVID had been recorded in the 24 hours to midnight, while one case had been detected in hotel quarantine.
Of those cases only 14 were in isolation throughout their infectious period.
