The game is high-stakes for both teams, deciding which of the two will make it into the finals and who will have to wrap things up for the season.
The Roosters will be hoping to redeem themselves from the last time they played, having lost by 10 points to the Mallee Men after a rough first half. The Roosters consistently played strongly in the early stages but got overwhelmed by strong play from the Mallee Men.
The Roosters won't have the homeground advantage that they had last time either, already putting them on the back foot for the upcoming game.
Despite this, captain of the DPC Roosters Ben Jeffery is confident in his team taking a victory.
"Everyone wants to play the semi-finals, that's what you play for all season ... we definitely need to get a win," he said.
"(West Wyalong) are always hard, they can still cause an upset and be really difficult to beat ... we've got to be switched on."

The Roosters haven't yet decided on the starting lineup yet, juggling between a number of injuries.
"We've got a few injuries setting us back, I'm not too sure what the starting team will be but whoever's in the key positions will get out there and do the job," the captain said.
Jeffery also has a hell of a game lined up for him personally, currently sitting close to first in number of tries for the season. He says he's not particularly bothered with it though, preferring to focus on the game ahead.
"Whatever happens, happens," he said.
Last week was a bye for the Roosters, so it's hoped that they can take on the Mallee Men feeling refreshed and energised, particularly after a rough match for West Wyalong.
West Wyalong took on the Waratahs Tigers, getting thoroughly decimated with a final score of 38-4.
