Mrs Helen Dalton said she had been 'inundated' with complaints across her electorate from individuals who have had their vaccination appointments for Pfizer postponed.
"My Upper House colleague Mark Banasiak, has submitted a question on notice asking the NSW Health Minister exactly how many vaccines have been taken from each regional health district, including from the Murrumbidgee and Far West," Mrs Dalton said.
"If the Government is going to take vaccines away from regional NSW, the least they could do is be transparent about it.
We deserve to know the details."
A spokesperson from the MLHD told The Area News that they were unable to comment on how many Pfizer vaccines originally secured for the Murrumbidgee had been diverted to Greater Sydney HSC students due to a gag order by NSW Health.
NSW Health said that any appointments which have been inadvertently cancelled as part of the redirection process are being rebooked.

The online petition demands the state government to reverse the regional vaccine re allocation decision.
In the four days since launch, the petition has already received 4,000 signatures
"If we get to 20,000 signatures, NSW parliament will be forced to debate this decision" Mrs Dalton said.
The NSW Health Minister, Brad Hazzard is obliged to provide an answer to Mr Banasiak's question on notice by August 24.
The federally funded Murrumbidgee Primary Health District is not affected by the reallocation, whilst the MLHD confirmed that they would still have enough Pfizer stock to administer the second dose for those who have had the first.
"GPs continue to supply Pfizer vaccinations in regional NSW, and their supplies from the Federal Government are unaffected by this reallocation" NSW Health said.
AstraZeneca is still available from GPs, NSW Health clinics and a growing number of pharmacies whilst Commonwealth vaccination clinics across the Murrumbidgee still have Pfizer availability for those eligible.
Additional doses of Pfizer will continue to arrive in Australia in coming weeks to account for the continued outbreak of the highly contagious Delta strain of COVID-19.
