To celebrate 100 days in the classroom, the kindergarten students of Griffith North Public school dress up as not just themselves, but what they imagined they might look like if they were 100 years old.

"We dressed up as old grannies, it was quite funny, it was a fun day" said KP student Sophie Doubleday.
Students were able to participate in lots of fun activities with the theme of '100 Days at School' and counted to 100 in many different ways.
According to the school, to help students with their counting, for home learning during the holidays each student was asked to collect 100 of of one item that would fit in a zip lock bag which saw students collect fruit loops, paper clips, jelly beans, straws, marbles and more!
KA student, Isaac Fattore said he 'loved' learning how to count to 100.
"It was lots of fun counting over and over again."

Kindy students were also able to enjoy a movie afternoon with popcorn to celebrate 100 days in the school community.
Griffith North Principle Susan Bourne said it was a wonderful celebration of all of the achievements kindergarten students had made since starting at school.
"The students were all presented with certificates and smarties for becoming 100 days smarter, congratulations kindergarten!" Mrs Bourne said.
