The club raised the money through donations made by bowlers who bowled on the wrong bias, as a fun way to remind them of their mistake and keep them on their toes.
Over the year, they've come up with $880. It's a lot of wrong biases, but it's all gone to a good cause as the money will go a long way for the Riding for Disabled group.
The Griffith and Leeton Riding for the Disabled Association supports those with physical and intellectual disabilities, providing therapy and recreation through horse riding. They work with people dealing with cerebral palsy, psychiatric disorders, and muscular dystrophy among others.
Secretary of the Griffith Riding for Disabled Association Tony Short said that the money could provide enough food to keep the ponies fed for a month.
