A big call out to Yenda Progress Association for 50 years of service and support to the community. The association has been proudly lobbying for better services and infrastructure in Yenda and district since 1921.
Projects achieved by the association are pumped sewerage and potable water, a new bridge over the main canal on the Bilbul road entrance, new gates and fencing at the Yenda Cemetery and placement of gravel throughout the cemetery, and endless hours of work to get the new flood gates at East Mirrool.
Thank you to all the committee members that have volunteered their hours of work and dedication. A huge thank you to Kay Pellizzer for her tireless work to support our town.
