The first will be the Challenge Cup and Group 17 side, which encompasses 1920 to 1953, while the Group 20 era will take in players from 1954 until the present day.
"We thought it was unfair if we just went with a team of the century, when many of the people voting would not have seen the players play the game in this era 1920 to 1953 play the game," reunion president Donald Matheson said.
"The nominations were put together by some of the oldest surviving members of the club, along with records of playing performances from days gone by."
Matheson thanked club stalwarts Mick Sheehan, John Casserly, Billy Brown and Ken Alpen, who assisted with the compiling of information from the Challenge Cup era.
Meanwhile, the Group 20 nomination features some prominent names who made a name for themselves at the highest level of rugby league.
"When you look through the nominations, there some very prominent players from the likes of the first every Group 20 coach Albert Paul who captain-coached the team to the first Group 20 premiership in 1954 after returning from the 1953 Kangaroos tour of England to play for the Ashes," Matheson said.
"Also players such as Brian "Poppa" Clay who also played for Australia and won 8 premiership with St George in Sydney, John Kelly who played for Queensland and NSW then players such as Les Moraschi who played for NSW.
"Through to a cast of players who played for Country Firsts as well as captain-coaching Black & Whites such as Bobby Adamson and Chris Brennan and NRL players such as Terry Regan and Simon Bonetti who won a premiership with the Sydney Roosters."

The sides will play a big role in the centenary celebrations, which will be on the weekend of July 9,10 and 11.
"The two teams will be announced at the formal function on the Saturday night, and the first-grade side will have the names of the Group 20 era proudly on the back of their jumpers on Sunday when they take the field," Matheson said.
The reunion celebration dinner will be held at Southside Leagues Club on Saturday, July 10, with former NRL, NSW and Australian Test International player Brett Kimmorley joining as a special guest.
The weekend will culminate in a rugby league gala day at Solar Mad Stadium from 10am on Sunday, July 11, against the Leeton Greens, who are also celebrating their 100 years.
