Over the past few weeks, La Piccola Grosseria has transformed from a traditional italian deli into Griffith's hub of all things football.
European flags hang from the ceiling, memorabilia decks the walls, classic football anthems blare from the speakers and the mounted TV depicts a constant stream of Euros action.
Store owner Sam Trimboli, a diehard football fanatic, is the mind behind the mania.
For me it's not a job it's a passion.
- Sam Trimboli, La Piccola Grosseria
"I'm a total nostalgic so I love completely decking the place out whenever there is a major tournament," Sam said.
"I love creating a bit of a football hub but even more than that I love the game and sharing my passion with other supporters."
While the rest of Griffith has slept, the deli has been opening up in the early hours of the morning, with football fans gathering in the store to watch their nations take eachother on.
Sam has opened up the deli for every game played by his native Azzurri, the Italy National Team, but games between other sides are also being put on display when there is interest.
"I'll cover all the Italy games but also if there's a few people that want to watch a game and they get in touch with me, I'll open the shop at any time in the morning for the game," he said.
"For me it's not a job it's a passion. I love linking up with different nationalities and cultures and talking football."

More than 15,000 kilometres away, Italy have pulled off a sensational start to their tournament, winning their opening three games.
Sam described the atmosphere in his deli during the Azzurri's games as "awesome" and said he was excited to see what his home country could pull off.
"During the Italy games in here you can just feel every emotion," he said. "Everyone is jumping up and down and yelling and it has been amazing."
"I think we're a real dark horse and the way we are playing it feels like anyone can score at any time."
