Yoogali SC coach Luke Santolin feels it is time for some self-reflection on behalf of the players, and he hopes this can lead to some improvements.
"I think that we just have to change the way that we behave and the way that we talk to each other," he said.
"The way that we have been analysing our losses has been a little bit too negative for my liking. We are focusing on a lot of external things like which players are missing, which players did or didn't train.

"I think if every player looked inwards and asked themselves what they could do better in every situation collectively, we would become a much better team and a much stronger squad.
"It is now time for individual players to step up and take accountability for their own performance, and if we eleven players that get better individually on the weekend, you will see a better display."
The positive side for the Yoogali side is that they are still within striking distance of the top four sides in the competition.

Currently sitting in fifth on 12 points, they are four points behind Canberra White Eagles with eleven games still to play in the season.
They also have a healthy gap back to Wagga, who are six points behind in sixth.
Santolin is confident his side still has what it takes to be right in the mix for a finals position.
"At the moment, we just aren't handling the mental side of things," he said.
"We just can't seem to break through that glass ceiling mentally, and as soon as we go a goal behind or cop a bit of a knock, the wheels tend to fall off.
"We are down, but we are not out. We just know that we have to be tougher at the key moments in games because we aren't that far off."
Despite picking up a 5-0 win over the Wanderers the last time the sides met in Wagga, the Yoogali coach is expecting a tougher test this time around.
"We have to be on our toes and will have to perform at our very best to beat them," he said.
