The meet-up will be at the Narrandera sportsground on the 20th, between 11:00 and 2:00pm. The group is aiming to have several members from Wagga attend as well as bring in men from Narrandera.
The group has partnered with Narrandera Bidgee Boxing to try and elevate their cause, and create a partnership of both mental and physical health.
Rhys Cummins, one of the group's founders, said that it was a holistic approach.
"We're extremely privileged to partner up with Bidgee boxing, they've got a lot of influence and they promote that sort of healthy positive lifestyle that we try to link in with ... They can talk about the benefits of physical health and we can talk about how to deal with mental health."
The group has been trying to push awareness of men's mental health and the importance of healthy communication and supportive connection for a long time. They host fortnightly catch-ups in Wagga, and have had success in that sphere before moving outwards.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Mr Cummins said that Narrandera has been a goal for the group, but that it wasn't an end-point.
"Narrandera's on our radar, we had interest on our social media from men in Narrandera so we wanted to get out there," he said.
"After Narrandera, we're going to continue our fortnightly meet-ups in Wagga and then try to branch out to Albury and then Tumut."
The meet-up will happen at the tail end of international men's health week, but Mr Cummins said that this was a happy accident.
"To be honest, it's kind of worked out well. It wasn't on purpose but it seems like it's meant to be."
