The event's headliner was Mitch Wallis, founder of the "Heart on my Sleeve" foundation. Mr Wallis gave a keynote presentation on his own experiences with mental health and encouraged attendees to vocally engage with their own mental health status.
He spoke strongly of the healing nature of communication and storytelling.
Young Griffith musician Brendan Codemo featured as well, performing for attendees as the lead entertainment for the evening.
Griffith Real Estate was one of the platinum level sponsors of the event, volunteering Luke Santolin as the auctioneer for the charity auction. Other sponsors included David Davidge, Baiada, My Lending Specialist and CRF plumbing.
