At about 2:05pm on Monday, a tractor was towing the machinery through the Willandra Avenue and Ulong Street roundabout when the implement came unhooked and tipped on its side.
The tipped implement blocked off almost half of the roundabout and emergency services were called to deal with the situation.
Highway patrol staff began conducting traffic along the roundabout as they waited for the machinery to be removed.
The area was cleared and road conditions returned to normal by 4pm.
No one was injured in the incident and it is not clear how the tillage implement came to be unhooked from the tractor.
