Julie who has found some very interesting/creative team names over the years, and arranged players so that the teams are as even as possible, played her last game in Griffith on Monday night.
After play, and a farewell supper, Julie was presented with gifts and praise for the work she has done for the Tennis Club.
All players wish her well in the next phase of her life.

The Griffith Tennis Club has a variety of social competitions and tournaments for all ages and skill levels throughout the year.
They are also the host of the longest running sporting event in Griffith's history, the MIA Open which runs annually over the June long weekend. Situated at Noorilla Street, beside Jubilee Park, the club features four synthetic grass courts and 11 traditional clay courts.
It also boasts a proud history of community sporting participation and achievements.
