The event, organised by the Country Education Foundation (CEF) with help from Griffith's Sikh community, will be combining live music and delicious currys for the fifth year running.
CEF chairperson Craig O'Keefe said he is looking forward to another fun night.
"It's just a really relaxed and friendly event," Mr O'Keefe said. "We usually have a big fire going and everybody has a few drinks, has a great meal and a dance and then we hop on the bus and come home."
Tickets are $40, with all proceeds going towards the CEF, to help Griffith students achieve higher education.
"What our foundation does is we raise local funds to support local youths travelling away for their tertiary educations," Mr O'Keefe said.
"We try and support them in the hopes that they'll come back and bring their education back to Griffith and make the city stronger."
Over 200 tickets out of a maximum of 300 have been sold.
The curry's on the night are generously prepared by the Griffith Sikh Community, who spend all day on Friday preparing the food and transporting it to Binya, all in the name of helping out the local community.
"It's incredibly generous what the Sikh community does for us and we are so grateful to have their help every year to put on such a great event," Mr O'Keefe said.
