At last month's Italian Museum annual general meeting, a new commitee was named to lead the group forward for the next year.
Frank Perosin will continue as president of the committee and Julie Surian was named vice-president.

Committee member Roy Catanzariti said while coronavirus will likely hamper what the team can achieve this year, it will be exciting to see what new members can bring to the group.
"Because of COVID-19 we can't have any of our major functions like the Salami Festival, but we'll see what we can do," Mr Catanzariti said.
"We have lost two or three of the older committee who have passed away, but it's good to see younger people take over and it gets us a bit of young blood in the group."
One of these younger members is Bonnie Owen, who was named publicity officer for the committee.

"Italian culture has become intertwined with Griffith and this committee will work hard to ensure this continues in a way which enriches the town through great events and great exhibits."
At the AGM, four dedicated members who have been with the group since it's inception received life memberships to the committee.
The memberships recognise the hardwork and committment the members have put into the museum and much-loved events over the years.
Melina Armanini, Orfeo Bergamin, Annalisa Surian and Miriam Pasin said they were honoured to receive the lifetime memberships.
