Hosted by Griffith's Soroptimist International (SI) group, the event will feature special guest Lucinda Brogden.
Ms Brogden is the chairwoman and commissioner of the National Mental Health Commission and will talk about the timely topic of mental health.
She will take guests on a journey through her career, recognising the women who helped her grow and succeed and her own strong commitment to helping others and building stronger communities.
Her primary areas of focus are issues facing women and girls and mental health and wellbeing, particularly in the workplace.
Ms Brogden takes an evidenced-based approach to problem solving and social investment.
SI Griffith president Patricia Clarke said the organisation was thrilled to have her on board for the event.
"Mental health in our communities is a vitally important topic that needs ongoing conversation and understanding, now more than ever," she said.

Another event celebrating International Women's Day in Griffith will be held on March 8 at Pioneer Park Museum from noon to 2.30pm.
This event is in collaboration with the Women on Fire group and Griffith Regional Theatre and will celebrate multicultural women.
All are welcome, with attendees encouraged to bring a plate of traditional food to share. Guest speaker on the day will be Lucy Geddes, with performances by the Rhythm dance group.
"Those who support multicultural women in the community are helping them to challenge everything their daily lives in terms of thriving in a new country," said Gerry Rohan from Women on Fire.
"It will be lots of conversation, a speaker, a bit of entertainment and just a convivial friendship day. We will all just mix and enjoy."
