With the Panthers currently sit 14 points ahead of the Cougars heading into their top of the table showdown and the six points for a win would push them out of range heading into their final round bye.
The Leagues side will be coming into the clash wanting to bounce back from their last round defeat against Diggers and head into the finals series with confidence.
The Panthers have a cloud hanging over their head with Tom Greenaway nursing a shoulder injury picked up in their last round defeat.
Coro, on the other hand, are heading into the clash off the back of a bye and are undefeated since the last time the two sides met.

The Cougars will have a stronger line-up than the last time the last meeting with Dean Bennett's return, and the young opener has been in form since his comeback a couple of weeks ago.
Outside of the washout in round four, each time the sides have met this season, it has been comprehensive victories, with Coro beating the weather with a nine-wicket win in round nine while the Panthers took a six-wicket win in the 50-over clash in round 14.
In the other game, it will be the battle between third and fourth as Exies Diggers take on the in-form Hanwood side.
Hanwood is currently on the longest undefeated streak in the competition and could still mathematically climb into the top two for a second chance come finals time as they sit nine points behind the second placed Coro side.
Diggers will be looking to build on the momentum gained from their win last time out and head into the sudden-death final in two weeks with confidence.
The weather has seen the sides play once this year, with Hanwood taking the win.
