Daniel Bozic and Matt Keenan tried to rebuild their side's innings with a 34-run stand before Luke Peruzzi had Keenan (11) out caught behind.

Noah Gaske (34) and Paul Plummer (31*) added runs in the lower order to help their side reach 179 before they were bowled out for 179 in the 44th over, with Daniel Dossiter (3/49) and Matthew Peruzzi (1/26) taking the final four wickets.
The Diggers side were able to make a fast start with Paresh Patil and Luke Peruzzi at the top of the order putting on 16 in the first three overs before Tom Greenaway picked up the wicket of Patil (7).
Diggers' in form skipper Richards joined Peruzzi built the foundation for their innings with a 30-run stand to push their side to 46 before Peruzzi (12) was knocked over by Plummer.
Richards was going to be the crucial batsman for his side given the form he has been in this season, so if he was able to find a partner, Diggers would be in a strong position.
Tom Valeri (4) was bowled by Gaske (1/27), but the middle order of Matt Crack (10), Kyle Bennett (15) and Ben Fattore (10) was able to play the supporting role needed to see Diggers sitting on 6/141 with 10 overs remaining.
Matt Peruzzi (21) and Richards put on 37 runs to get their side close before Peruzzi fell to Raj Singh (2/37), but Richards (82*) was able to guide his side to the win with 10 balls remaining.
